I usually work ~300 lunges into every week, and do other exercises targeted at keeping my hips/glutes from getting weak (which caused problems with my knees early in PVD marathon training).<br /><br />My trainingfoodtruth is that I have the hardest time figuring out how to eat during training for longer distance races. Ahead of both halfathons & the 1 marathon I ran, I somehow managed to gain weight each time despite the insane workout schedules!
