MUST HAVE Winners!

Happy hump day!

Yesterday was my first day back to work for the new school year and back to the after school running schedule. I find it a lot harder to run at the end of the day versus first thing in the morning, but I don't see how people can get up so dang early to run before work.

So, Monday night I packed my running bag with...

...you guessed it! My running MUST HAVEs!

Today I get to announce the winners of my MUST HAVE GIVEAWAY!

Congratulations to the following winners:

Sandra Laflamme - Simple Hydration Water Bottle

Amanda Naro - Sweaty Bands

Heather Roe - Sweaty Bands

Kierston - Cytomax Sampler

Please email me your mailing information so that I can get your prizes to you.

Do you prefer to run before or after work?

  5. I love, love, love running first thing in the morning and have done so for the past 3 years. Recently, my hubs started a new job and, with 2 young boys at home, I can't get out to run and get back before he leaves for work. I have started running over my lunch hour and have hit a wall :( it's hot, it's humid, and I'm miserable - praying this changes soon!!

  6. Morning for sure! After work, all I want to do is sit!

  7. I enjoy running before work (have to get up around 5:00). Sometimes I like running doubles...something easy in the morn and something else in the afternoon. It's a good way to get in the miles without having to wake up at 4:00.

  8. Good luck with a new school year. I can not run in the afternoon. I dread it all day and then my stomach only behaves half the time, thus waking up early is my only option if I was in your situation.

  9. My running schedule changes from day to day. Most recently I've been running after work, late at night. Trying to beat the heat!

  10. The only day I do not do my workout in the morning is the nights I have "team" track practice. It's unofficial but it gets me to the track!

  11. My running schedule changes all the time! I'm pretty consistent with early morning for long runs. But my short runs during the week vary...some days I run early (like 4:45am), some days I run right after I drop the kids off at school, and some days I run after the hubby gets home from work. I HATE getting up early in the mornings...but I love running early lol!

  12. Woo hoo!! Thanks!! I actually like running in the morning a lot because it's so calm out and usually cooler too. I always feel better after morning run. However, I DO NOT prefer getting up earlier than I have to haha Therefore I mix it up, some before work and some after. Although as of late I have been slacking on the before work runs...

  14. That's a really good idea. I always think of it as my run has to be done in one shot. I'll have to try breaking it up, might make the mornings easier....

  18. Thanks! I usually do ok, but I'm just worn out and can't enjoy it like I do my morning runs.
